if you want SLs to communicate BE the commander.. this is a teamwork thing.. sure you may not like to play commander, but what if it's best for the team?
having a commander is an advantage...

Squad Leader Chat!
This would be imperitive to multiple point infiltrations.
For example Alpha is on ground south, pinned by armour in North.
Bravo is in Gunship. Instead of typing frenetic rubbish, the Gunship could surpress said target enabling safe passage for Alpha, true?* Direct SL chat would help tremendously. A mon avis!
*a crappy example i know. for argument sake Alpha could advance using smoke etc.... BUT, why do that when you can orchestrate a helo to a voice/GPS painted target!?
