I don't think the Devs are planning to add a new faction currently. I believe that the US army is in the works but I'm not 100% on that. There is a Canadian army being developed by the community that if it passes PR standards might be included. Past those two items I don't think any new factions.

What, all my forum trolling sudo guru status is for not!? I have no clue what the Devs are up to, I'm just going off memory from other threads like this one.

Well if someone is able to reskin the Insurgent models to make then look like africans, and take out the shemagh's it could fit the models

But it would need some dudes to make it become real (skinners, voice actors, modellers, etc...)
