True. But there is no MEC over there yet. So most of them have no reason to attack the US. But if the MEC were there, they would've likely joined or been captured.

If Im not mistakened, the Harrier is for the British Forces.

WRT F15/F14"
F15 is an entirely different aircraft with the 15C an air-to-air fighter while the F15E is primarily a ground attack aircraft with air to air capability.
F14D was an Air Superiority/Interceptor, but was recently retired completely by the US Navy.
