yeah agreed bosco pickup is probably best...although we were lucky enough to get a brit heavy AT once and used it for the next 20min to smash the towers and APCs. etc...we even thanked the lonewolf heavy AT guy we got it from...hehe
'[R-PUB wrote:bosco']Heavy AT for Militia should be no more then a pickup kit (or not there at all).

LMAO; its so rare to find a guy, who goes requesting Heavy AT, thinking its some uber-1337 weapon...
I got a hold of the SRAW on Basrah as Ins (0.5), bye bye Cobras and a tank even

lol taxi, u dont even know your own map
the HAT is a pickup kit at the mo, but even so its very disturctive if you can sneak it into a good spot, which aint hard if you keep your head down.

I completely disagree, first of the Militia APC's are so weak, it can be killed by 1 Slam, besides RPG's, they need something with more of a punch, the AA guns are useless against the armor, so the Heavy AT is just where it should be, dont touch it...

The APC's already have a hard time on Mestia with the hills that disturb view and make it easy for infantry to sneak up on it. The heavy AT is just overkill - replace it with an RPG or two.

I agree. First of all, 90.99923313452345% (my source is secret

) of militia guys use RPG's instead of more-l33t-powered-laser-guided-nuke-h4x-b0x bazookas. They are a lot cheaper, and very effective.
And whoever uses it, can fire more than once, and that's a great advantage. Two guys armed with rpgs and one with molotov can easily take out a convoy. And it promotes teamplay (people love to use teamplay factor as argument).
NO H4X BAZOOKAS FROM HELL TO DAS MILITIA MEN!1

NO U LIAR!!1eleven
They could use the statics ATGM in the game. As long they don't move around with mini nukes it's ok.

It would be far easier to kill the warriors if the C4 actually did anything.
I have planted the stuff on the back and sometimes underneath the warrior and it didn't do jack.
What's up with that?

Yeah, you need at least 2-3 C4 charges to get it smoking, would be sort of better, if someone used the technical and his squaddies would equip it with tons of C4

I Would like to see the brittish APC's removed bc, the woods, etc is it really made for such duties? its more of a desert rat ? yes ?, and add more saxxons, then you can remove the Heavy AT

NO WAY.. the Brits have all the firepower without this baby.

well, the british army is one of the most advanced armies in the world, so yes they do have (all?) most of the firepower, but loook where there starting from
and anyway, militia usually steal the L85s from dead british and reely fk them up (becuase u interpret that the L85 firing is on YOUR side)
and ill say it again, round thing, put it on the ground at a choke point, combine it with RPG teams = IFV pwned (even if it doesnt take it out in 1 xplosion, it fks it up pretty bad)
btw i like how the Towers have there own weapon storage , 1 RPG + 1 PKM = gd idea!

I had an ambush squad the other night, 1 AK guy for the ammo, 2 L-AT (one capped from a brit) engy and me as SL.
Engy puts mine in obvious position in road. Warrior stops/slows to avoid, RPGs fire and destroy warrior, AK guy and me pick of any survivors. We go to rearm, engy picks up his mine, we relocate and repeat.
So its not impossible without H-AT, especially with another couple of L-AT to replace.

my point 100%, this requires team work and is alot more blanced, + rewarding as a team and dosen't piss off the enemy so much as they know they have been betan by a team of RPG gunners, rather than 1, 1337 HAT guy.

Who even needs AT? Suicide Sappers works great too. You get plenty of cover with all the trees, all you need to do is get close enough, run up to it, drop the charge, then run away like hell before blowing up the Warrior.

Well i'm yet to see an organised Brit team loose this map. If the H-AT is to go...the Malitia will need something else... if that's more pick-up RPGs so be it. But the Brits own on this map...I see the H-AT as some pay back.

Well brits are getting a bleed i believe, and often even if all the warriors are destroyed on the road and the towers are held the militia still lose, so the problem is more deep-seated than the use of H-AT it would seem.

with the bleed it will be easy for the milita to win if they try, the bleed is not there at the mo.
and yes I agree, put 2 RPGs in the place of the HAT will 1, encroage more teamwork, 2, require more skill and 3, be just as deadly as 1 HAT in the right hands.
