GeForce8800GTS 320 here, I have sometimes the same problem. Newest Drivers etc. but I don't care about it^^
Ive had the same problem and I fixed it aswell!
It were sound and video drivers that conflicted. The only thing i did to get rid of the mirror textures was to use driver cleaner to remove my creative audio 2 driver and install the lastest drivers. It have been mirror free since then!
