This is the most revolutionary FPS game changes I've seen in like 5 years. I know thats a big statement...but once we get to .7 .8 .9....seriously I think it'll be at that level. Idea wise its just beyond....goes to show how a community with 5000 minds is such a great think tank when such great devs sit behind it.

ow sweeeeet. i love it when i get a wink from a DEV.... wait, that sounds queer.. anyway the only bugs that would really be an issue would be caused by CMRDR ASET abuse. I was originally thinking as a different game mod of corse and maybe the tank would be spawnd at after base is created. also a large bunker would come up as the actual flag spawn point. But hey.... why do i need to say much more seein as the devs are flirting.... (joking.... no seriously.. please dont ban me)

Lol, I don't think they intend to have research.. As for where the bases are built, I imagine there'll be preset zones.

I thikn a Watch tower would be a cool static for the commander to be able to spawn.

Well of course, that would make sense. I'm not sure how base defences are going to work (I.E. Walls, fortified MGs).

except what would happen is that all the assets would spawn in random directions, thus ending up in a mess of random walls and buildings sticking out of each other.

personally i think it would be a better idea just to issue some more commander assets, such as a watch tower and such, and maybe some assets with more hitpoints. this would encourage the use of the assets (even though im in love with them all ready_
