So... you would actually try to go 'round the word 'noob' and write is as n.o.o.b. (or whatever comes out of your creative mind) and still say we should take it easy? LOL!

If new guys come on the server and they ask what to do with this or that, people should be open to answer the questions (or just nicely say they should go and read the manual at realitymod.com or something), not instantly calling them noobs or whatever. How would you feel if you're intested in a mod and you're called a noob just for asking a question?

If people have difficulties with the filter on the server, why not swear on TS or VOIP instead? It's much easier, takes less time and feels better

At teammate by big mistake and I can live with that, if someone say it to me, at the end the score list show who was good and who not.

I look at the combination of scores to see who is helping.
Pilots can get great scores but no kills on some maps like Jabal and snipes can get great scores with low kills and no teamwork score.

Yes, you are right, because of that i not only watch the place on score list, i also watch other information there.
I for me do it that way:
1. Score (place in the list: a combination of killpoints and teamwork)
2. Many kills
3. K/D ratio

Maybe its not the perfect way by I do it so.

Yeah last night on Qwai I was gunner in an APC (yes, amazingly I managed to get someone to drive!) and we chased a tank out of pig farm. Hurt it pretty badly. Oddly enough, this one man tank never tried to actually shoot us. He aimed, but then started to roll away. We went after him for ~10 mins before finally killing him outside of the Offices. Later we did the same thing to a tank up at the mines. Both where one man tanks; hardly worth the sabot shells.
