If you have 5 civilians throwing stones on incoming Brits they're gonna die very quickly lol.

It's a bit weird that soldiers bleed after one stone :/

I don't find it weird. There can be plenty of blood.

1. Tear gas.

2. Make the respawn longer - to discourage career matyrdom.

3. No kill penalty if they have a rock in their hand. Self-defense applies then.

I don't think so. You can already run them over anytime or shoot them when they are on ladder or hook line without penalty.

I drive around. If there are insurgents nearby I run them all over.
If there aren't I pop out and capture the civilian. I thought its almost too easy.

True enough. Did not know about run-overs. Using tanks/apcs to clear a block might be "ugly" for the civvies.

I'll stick to my shooting at stone-throwers suggestion though.
