dont think clams are too happy when a submarine comes sailing by... blocks the light etc. :p

Make the ships smaller and the troops too. or how big can a map actually go?

make all the vehicle and troop models really really tiny :grin:

imagine how big the maps would be

Anyone remember what the DC guys did to make the BF1942 maps look larger?

That's an excellent idea, I considered it a while back, but wasn't sure how much work it would be or if it was even possible. How easy is it, to alter the size of the models already in game as well as those that are to be added?

I believe it's a real *****. It's all new models and animations. For DC I believe they had to make everything from scratch.

Don't know if it's possible to just scale the models down somehow... But I suspect not.

shame if you cannot scale it down. I would of thought that you just re sraw the nessisary graffics smaller seeing as you could just draw them smaller. would it be possile to scale down the soldiers as well other wise you would have tiny ship wars (radio control style).
