I think that teamkiller already got enough of punishment.

Sometimes I even find myself hesitating to shoot, because I'm afraid it's friendly (it's so hard for me to tell a difference between USMC and MEC as weapons disappears way too close).


I agree about the lower spawn-time for victim or at least no "dying bonus" applied.

The only problem with loading the spawn time for the TKer is when you get some numpty driving over your mines or some other accidental tk.
