here, I'd suggest you not allow the "Special Forces Expansion Pack Tier 2" weapons (flashbang and whatnot) to work. That only makes it unfair to those players who don't want to shovel more money over to EA for that trick of an upgrade.
I agree with you and I will be searching for servers that do not allow unlocks.
As mods run on unranked servers it is already an option for server admins to not allow global unlocks.

A) All unlocks will be removed until such a time that we make use of them (if ever)
B) We can still use flashbangs without anyone needing to buy SF (we would need to make new models or use a BF2 one such as smoke or grenade)

* Weapons Not Able to Fire While Player Jumping In Mid Air (ESPECIALLY FOR THE ROCKET LAUNCHERS~!)
* Insta-Prone Aiming needs to be changed somehow
* M203 shooting at close range needs change
* LONGER spawn times on tanks/helos/jets (i know its already long but im ALL FOR longer times still)
* Getting rid of unlockable weapons
* Snipers need scope drift, or severe penalty for sniping while standing

Unfortunately I don't think there's much that can be done about insta-prone, scope drift, or disabling players from firing while mid-air (at least not by Friday). If it was something a simple little code change it would most definitely be done.

Will the SF weapons be available in PR? I hope not but if it is please tweak them to PR standards. It's annoying in vanilla Bf when you get shot by a boon FN2000 user with 1 or 2 rounds and you yourself have the damage levels of vanilla BF and not those of SF.

they are available in vanilla bf2 now if you pick up an enemy kit and should be available in prmm as long as you have sf pack or pick them up.

- Make Eryx/SRAW realistically harmful to vehicles (they should be able to knock out pretty much everything, M1 included, in 1 hit - at the very least they should be setting them on fire)
- Tunnel vision and shellshock should last much longer. 15 seconds atleast. You shouldn't be able to "shrug off" being shot or standing next to a 120mm shell exploding out of a tank's barrel. Those sorts of things should be like, "****, I've been shot, I better dive into a hole or corner and recover my senses a little before I continue on", not "****, I've been shot.. omfg what am I gonna d--oh, okay, I feel better."
- Fix some of the discrepencies in similar/same weapon types acting differently. IE, stationary TOW defense and LAV-25 AT missiles are supposed to be the same weapon, but they aren't (LAV-25's TOWs act more like Eryx/SRAW actually). And again, these weapons even moreso than the Eryx/SRAW should utterly devestate any vehicle whatsoever. Would give APC's a good chance against a tank but a tank should be able to knock out an APC with one hit, and the 25mm guns should do little/no damage.
- "Switch weapons" between the attack helicopters and jet bombers. Ie, AH-1Z is armed with Hellfires (well, the model itself is one of a Hellfire) but Hellfires are not TV-guided. Seems the bomber's weapon would fit the AH-1Z better. Besides, it'd even make more sense to make the bomber have TV-guided bombs. No idea what the Russian/Chinese helicopters have but the same appropriate change would go for them!
- Make sniper rifles sway quite a bit when doing anything but lying down. They should be extremely hard to aim while standing or even crouching. And when lying down they should still take awhile to steady, especially after firing.

the anti tank weapons are pretty good the way they are i think, it is 1-2 hits for a kill i think (your best chance is to hit the tank from the back).

Ok for this patch it needs.
1.Sniper class limet 2 per team - easy to code im sure
2.Vehicles spwan time longer 2-3 mins long - easy to code im sure
3.Bring in more people into this mod. - Better be able to do this or this mod will die

I dont know. When i started playing this mod there were like 30 people in servers. Now theres like 10. So I dont know.

that really means nothing. before 1.2 there were people playing. 1.2 killed prmm until they release the hotfix (this weekend). And I wouldnt call this a mod yet, more a tweak.
Soon as there is NEW content like maps and vehicles like a proper mod should many more people will play it. There are thousands of BF2 players who are sick of vanilla but want something complete to play.
The only competition I see for PRM is POE. Whoever releases first will snatch up a huge chunk of the community. POE will always have more people playing it but there still should be plenty left to get some good gaming goin for PRM.
