i cant believe some of you guys hate ads that much, really get over it, does it really afect you that much that you cant handle coming here to see whats new on the forums, so what if a little ad is here, it helps the devs keep this site up and help the pr comunity, they also make this forum availible for you guys to complain, so dont complain about ads which give you a place to convey your sugestions and thoughts on the game, complain about the stuff thats wrong with the game.

Thats true, but there are still some like him, but as otlawz said /adblock plugin ftw is easy way to stop them.

Well, in the interest of the thread and the whole sharing opinions thing, I also dislike ads of any type being shoved in my face.....

....but to the original poster, why don't you take that money you WOULD spend if you had a BF2 mod and a fair sized community and donate it to THIS BF2 mod and community.

You will have no more money then than you do now....I guarantee it.

Devs - perhaps you could also consider one of the donation modules for VBulletin? I'm sure many of us would be happy to contribute PR's continued development, be it for web hosting, a test box, or even the legendary 'hookers and blow' you're apparently so fond of!

I have Firefox with NoScript plug-in so I would have never known there were ads had ppl not started complaining.
Agreed that some form of donation module would be the way to go...

Ads dont bother me, just skip past them if i dont want to read what they say.

Grow the f*ck up OP. Welcome to the real world. This is a "free" forum, for a "free" mod. The Devs are the ones that make this "free" for us, don't be so niave as to think "free" really is free. Obviously they put the adds in to offset costs. Stop acting like a spoiled little child and demanding things that suit your tastes. F*ck!!! this kind of selfish, demanding behaviour pisses me off. And were is Armed Drunk and Angry? he must be on vacation because I think he would do a better job at this then me.


Off topic, thanks for the plugin for Firefox, I will have to try that out for my home PC.
