If you have the newest drivers you'll have to use the new control panel, first you must change it to advanced view, and then Display > Adjust desktop colour settings.

Actually, BR does not record the settings per se.
That means that when you play the recorder file back, take the settings as far as you dare then play the file back.
You can get some really outrageously good screens that way.

If I remember, tomorrow at work I'll try to grab a screenshot at 2048x1536 and another at 2560x1600 (although the latter will appear a little stretched) with absolutely everything turned all the way up.

The problem is when you save an img as .jpg the quality is reduced. And png images that show full quality are too big to upload anywhere. Heres a jpg, the quality sucks though.
1440x900, everything maxed out, 6xAA 16xAF

Hey, speaking of quality, is there a way to force BF2 to run in the res. 1680 x 1050? I hvae an NVidia card with the NVidia control panel in my taskbar, Windows XP aswell...

Ive found that if you disable dyn. lights and shadows, then enable color correction in nVida control panel, you get almost as good image quality, and much better perf.

Yea, add +szx 1680 +szy 1050 to the Target line in the properties of the Bf2/PR shortcut.

True, I forgott about that. It is nice especially around the chain link fences. I have found that the new nvidia drivers with the digital vibrance adjustment makes a nice difference. I upped the vibrance to 20% to make things a "pop" a little more.

I really love my 19" widescreen LCD, but this is why I regret using an LCD for gaming. My highest resolution is 1440x900, even though my pc and video card could easily push more.

Color adjustments were awesome. I really like the change. BTW if you go to the new Nvidia drivers(162.1

and use widescreen...it can be buggy and stretch your screen out. I had to go up to the beta drivers (163.44) and everything worked fine....very nice.
I have a widescreen with 1680-1050.

I have a widescreen with 1680-1050.
My native is 1440 x 900 and even through .con forcing and command line forcing I can't force a widescreen resolution on BF2: PR.... Any insight?
**Downloading 163.44 now to test it out**
