I think its 20-25M for an unarmored target and 5M for an armored target

My source that I quote is the Army Field Manual for the M203. As I recall, the military definition of "kill radius" is something like a 90% lethality in that radious, the effective casualty radius is 50% chance of getting hit by a dangerous fragment, the "casualty radius" is the maximum dangerous range, where there is any chance of getting hit by a fragment. You would never "use" a weapon's casualty radius, rather its a warning to the operator, that if the impact zone is within 130 meters you'll want some cover when shooting. For example, an M67 Frag grenade has an effective casualty radius of 15m and a casualty radius of 230M. Since most throwers can only toss one 40M, you always duck and shout a warning to your buddies when using one.
