You have the album from wich the song is taken. And i'm supposed to believe you never realized something like "hey, i heard the same shit in my mod !" ? Strange, if you ask me.

we will remove it from .7 if it makes you happy. Too late to remove it before then.

to be honest I think you are whining about nothing... its on 1 map's loading music, it came with a custom map we used in the mod for 2 or 3 releases and it dose not really effect the outcome of this mod atall... We could just as well have the vBF2 chinese loading music in its place and it wouldn't change anything...

It will be removed from 0.7, but unfortunately it's too late to do so for 0.61.

I think anything that is not yours you should always find out the owner and get permission... unless you are doing some type of study.

we got permission from the mapper who had it in there custom map, so we presumed he had made the music himself/got permission. in v0.4 when basrah first came out, that map was still in the mod and duckhunt used the music on his map too.

Well I got banned for like two weeks because of that first post. Which was not nice. I clearly said it was sarcasm, and it clearly was, and yet I was banned for it, and my email's about the post being a joke and not an attack on the devs in any way, were not replied to. Funny thing was I was the one accused of not reading the whole topic and yet whoever banned me did not read the whole second page where it's clear my post is sarcasm...

Now what's done is done but you guys should be more careful about banning people. How do you think I felt? I read these forums often.

Well, you'd be surprised to read some other post that look way more like jokes that yours that actually turned out to be serious.

But I went back in the thread... I thought you did the OP - my bad on that. Considering you didn't, it clearly looks like sarcasm to me. Maybe they were too fast to ban, but it's also out of place to challenge their action in this thread. I suggest you PM one of the mod or administrator to clarify the situation with them, even though these actions are now in the past. Posting in there and whining about it serves little purpose.
