Wow! Looks really good! Though are we gonna use f-16c or Su-22 for ground support? The Mig-29 wouldn't be a good choice as it has only unguided missles and bombs for ground support.

Nope, money for F-16 came completely from Polish sources (and US credit) and it didnt contain any EU donations (afaik). Its quite obvious because decision was made before Polish accession to EU.

I still dont get it - why do you think it was made secretly? There was a tender between Lockheed Martin, Dassault Aviation and Gripen International.

On November 12, the final offers for a new multi-role fighter were submitted to the Polish government by Lockheed Martin (Ft. Worth, TX); Dassault Aviation (Paris, France); and Gripen International, a joint venture of BAE Systems (Farnborough, UK) and Saab AG (Stockholm, Sweden). According to all the contenders, the three offered aircraft -- the F-16C/D Advanced Block 52, the Mirage 2000-5 Mk.2, and the Gripen -- fully meet Polish requirements, but sources indicate that Lockheed Martin's F-16 is likely to be selected. This major decision is to be made at the end of this month.

According to a highly placed government source, who spoke on condition of anonymity, Lockheed ...

I think they should mix them both.
And also if they are looking for bomber they can ask
Clive William for his model of Su-22 Fitter.
