My comments:
Leave tracers, try to implement that tracer every 20 rounds thing for rifles so they know when to reload, Kill nade launcher and AT rocket smoke trails.
And, yes, the m203 is much more accurate in real life, but it was being over used, and used as a shotgun like in bf2. untill we
1) get class limitations
2) make it so the thing doesnt explode untill its travedl 30 feet or whatever
we will just have to live with it taking a while to settle before shooting the thign.
