On NVG's you have to set focus to a certain distance, of course you can change it very easily but you would have fuzzines and stuff coming out of focus quiet often... But I guess you cannot change focus in the Bf2 Engine.. so this probably is the best way...

'[R-DEV wrote:Dr Rank;543153']Yeah, as has been said, dynamic lighting isn't possible with the BF2 engine.
However, on a more positive note, the crash a lot of people were getting when loading Bi Ming has been fixed (so night maps are truely back on the cards! )
The map has also undergone a lot of revisions for the next version, both asthetic (no more crazy white smoke, no fuzziness in the NVG's etc etc) and in terms of gameplay (flags are no longer grouped so it acts like AASv1, taking one flag at a time in order, so in the 64 player version the stalemate between the two central flags should be erradicated etc etc).
And the funky music is being brought back, right?
Right?
The key to modernising any weapon is covering them in glue and tossing them in a barrel of M1913 rails until they look "Modern" enough.
Many thanks to [R-DEV]Adriaan for the sig!

Also, why does everyone keep saying on the boards, that night maps would be awesome, then you hear people whining in-game 'omg, too dark' 'why can't I see' 'dis sux, everything is green' etc.
So tell them to "PRESS 7 FOR YOUR NVGs AND READ THE MANUAL IN FUTURE!"

And the Gunflashs can light up a whole squad so its really importent to use cover on Bi Ming. And didnt he say the NVG's were fixed? So why yell here when there is no point to.

What are you talking about? Who is yelling?
