While I am a pilot, I was very interested in this 'training' video... I am really only skeptical about the brakes.
The plane itself looks like it takes off with a carrier catapult in that video... just accelerates so rapidly... but I guess it is real, because it seemed accurate with about an 8 second takeoff... which the Eurofighter is capable of.
But it brakes very quickly, for a speed that looked way too fast on landing, and touchdown almost at halfway point. Landing procedures in the video sound a little complicated with maintaining certain speeds. Can't you just throttle down and land like we always have?
It is nice that you have to taxi and all to go rearm off the runway. But have you ever thought about anyone just requesting a supply crate and rearming at the end of the runway? Or a supply truck?
I hope Kashan's airfields are improved to have better taxi system like this.
So far everything looks promising, but Fools Road looks better suited for helos imo. (Masking behind trees, hills, and such... something to be desired

The only things that really are going to be major to ME are...
the deviation on stances...
getting used to not having super rifleman kit..
Taxi engine ( my joystick is akward to pull back so im afraid of landing now
)
HAT accuracy delay after arming
Otherwise after a few private practice sessions with an altered server.zip on a private game, I can fly again
Im glad to see the taxi engine and rearming location, though I do fear the idiots who are going to be "Zomg move so I can rearm wtf move - rams you" and the "Why aren't I rearming on the runway lawls?"
... operation archer missing maybe
Didn't make the cut I see
Otherwise this appears to be the most AWESOME RELEASE EVER
New ammo means that I will ACTUALLY SAVE SHOTS etc. No more super unlimited HAT - makes tank crews A MUST HAVE and working group since HAT will be "less effective" due to accuracy delay and limited amounts of ammo when out in the field...
I only have one question that I would like to be answered - support jeeps, do they still rearm and or repair tanks - thats the only thing I need clarity on.

I think the projectile won't drop.Spekta wrote:great PR Team, sounds like a great release (but still without Muttrah 2 xD)...
noticed that by reading the changelist:
Does that mean, that .50 cal guns drop no shells? Isnt that quite unrealistic?
The gun is capable of shooting targets at the same range as the M82 IRL.
IIRC The longest kill was made by someone on a .50 cal w/ a scope.

tanks = 20 mins spwn will make operating specialized tank squads more difficult becuase it is quite possible to wait 10 mins near a spwn for the next set of tanks to spwn, but 20 - players will just leave.
For a spez tank squad to work properly you need to keep most of the players the same for the whole round...........owell......................the rest is amazing, unbelievable though.
