Umm.. No. You need air assets to co-operate, otherwise you're just sending lasers that don't hurt

Or you could turn the SOFLAM laser into a burning marker of death.

Anyway...

EG's suggestion is great (I know we already had a whole thread on it). Just figured I'd add my support.

Binoculars would really increase the usefulness of the ambusher class, and probably lower the ridiculous number of ambusher suicide-attacks too. It's beyond reason that people seem to spend more time trying to suicide-bomb with the IEDs than use them as IEDs.

Ied just stands for "improvised explosive device" so using it as a suicide car isn't an improper use, just one that kills you.

Back on topic...
Binos could help out a great deal for the ambusher class.
Currently I just place my IEDs reletive to a "landmark" maybe on a pole or in line of site with a distant landmark or within sight of where I will be hiding to detonate. This works well....but is not as efficient as the binos would be.

Also....what is up with the rifle for the ambusher....it is just short of useless. I understand it isnt meant to be the main weapon...but with those fat *** iron-sites...it is next to impossible to kill with it.
Any way of tapering the sites a little so it doesnt look like I am siting with a beer-can on the end of a pole? (obvious exageration....but it is huge :-? )
