I noticed most of all humans being picked up by the cammera GLOW white, id like it in PR thay whould glow like that, vechiles too,

because at the moment the enemy can just blend into the black and white and you can't see them.

I think that would be possible but there is a small problem with it, unmanned vehicles
will glow too. And IRL the tv-cam is not in black and white but in green. the videos you see on internet and such and recorded in black and white. and adjusting the tv-cam colors requires some coding i belief.. and i am not so much of a coder..

There is a possibility of modding the colors according to this video YouTube - BF2 Thermal something like this could be done in the gunners view. Only it needs to be like an FLIR camera and obviously the HUD needs changes too. And there you go a pretty realistic gunner view  of course this sounds easier then it is..

This is how it looks like in a real apache.
YouTube - Hellfire shoot
There is no black and white screen like we have now..

also they have a FLIR camera. this would be tricky to do..but it is possible with the bf2 engine.

FLIR cameras
YouTube - Broadcast Yourself.

replay please,

Mora

Edit: lol at the apache FLIR test video.. whoo its a rainbow

LiveLeak.com - US Army Bradley engages insurgents in Iraq

What the Thermal Imaging System of a Bradley IFV looks like - most thermal systems render images similarly (green being the best tone for distinguishing different shades of colour in low light conditions - hence why night vision is usually green)

FLIR is not the same as night vision. it detects heat on very high distances. FLIR stands for three-fields-of-view forward-looking infrared.

those changes would definetly be needed. the attack choppers have to become autonomous stand-off weapons again.

Adding more info to HUD Yeah For Sure....maybe also give an indicator showing wich direction you're pilot go ( like the one in pilot hud showing where gunnner aim at )
