Well, lets say that good compromise would be several kilometers of fly zone to each direction of inf. map border... flat earth after infantry view distance ends from inf. zone border.

Also airstrips could be placed to these remote locations.

I just meant that you were very knowledgeable on this. No hate intended.
It would be unbelievably cool - epic, in fact - if the map looped like those old arcade games. Wouldn't it be fun to see the same airplane whip by at 10000km/h time after time after time? It would also mean that you do see that noob pilot's plane again after he flies into what he thinks is infinity. Too bad it's hardcoded.
