Why?

Semi Serious squads: I want people which still take it some seriuos but they still should know its a game...

Silent Squads? : Cause i dont want people which talk about their Country, McDonalds prizes etc... i need some silent during gaming! Only the real necessary should be said
Quote in some way.
Semi-serious teams: follow rules, teamplay and a bit of organization ftw
Talk when necessary: this is PR and NOT a VoIP chat, you are not supposed to do random "blablah" during ALL the length of the round, it can be annoying for the teammates that are playing in semi-serious mode. :)

"Nyuh" squads (lone wolfs)

I tend to go lone wolf on most maps(I only have myself to blame if things go wrong)... for scouting reasons/drawing enemy from other squad locations, staying behind to defend/advise of incoming hostiles.

1 life is worth the cost if the objective is successful.

Joining squads.... I have fun no matter how serious/stupid they may be.

Semi-serious who will laugh occasionally, instead of verbally-assaulting someone in the squad (why is it always me? :p ). But there are less of them nowadays.

I too have gone with a semi- same thoughts as most here, I like a squad(ldr) who knows what to do next but can still grin and bear it when their engineer/crewman rolls a truck or hits the mine that everyone else saw...without getting abused and kicked.
I play seriously but mostly for enjoyment and in the right squad it can be really entertaining and from my experience a great laugh too.

Next time OGT is on, Im gonna call my squad "Ninja" and kick anyone who discharge primary weapon when not surpressed.....

-Semi-serious squad; follow orders and dedicated to the game, but not completely anal.

ps: Bounties have been issued for all those who chose the "Lone Wolf" option.

Semi-Serious

I like squads that get it done, but can have a good laugh.
I am not a fan of Nazi-esque squad leaders or members, since it seems really lame to completely pretend PR is real life. They act and talk like a drill sergeant and then lose and figure everybody is incompetent and not even think maybe of the fact that the other team is coordinated and skilled.

For me playin in a squad thats playing the game properly is what its all about. Then of course there is no reason u cant hav a laugh n bit of fun while doin so.
It makes being in the squad all the more enjoyable and makes u want to do better and not let the rest of ur squad down, cause lets face it if ya do u look like a prat lol....

My perfect squad, is all english or american, top notch communication, everybody has voip AND USES IT. A semi serious squad, you know, gets the task done, but has a laugh in the process, just like the real world i suppose. Mega serious squads can take it out of you a little, and i KNOW i can be like that some days, telling people of! so, sorry in advance!

a squad comprising of affiliate members of nubbery, affectionately known as Rgg

Smeg: Fuzz commands a lot and promotes good teamwork, db flips vehicles, Bosco is an all-round nub, Outlawz is an SP whore, Nickbond is a friggin ninja and Rhino gets kicked for being a n00b.

serious squads (like too much dictatorship) i don't like. The reason we play this for fun, and yes there is a sense of maturity involved, but people who are go "I am squad leader, I OUTRANK YOU, DO EVERYTHING I SAY!" i dont like. I like flexible squads, who work together but at the same time some humor involved.

Theres a thing about funny squads that I don't like, they focus on each other than the situation. I joined a squad which had 4 of its members in the same clan, they were all joking about each other "Oh Ryan is a ****in ***. STFU bob u ***! *laughing*" Then they get shot by enemy.

I voted uber and semi serious squads for the same reasons most people will.

but its also good to note that at 3 am in the morning, i like silent squads, i cant be bothered talking when my nose is running and im coming down from caffeine

My favourite squads tend to be a combination of the top 3.
Like the RGG chaps, those NATO boyz, or them TG guys.

Semi Serious squads all the way.

If you take it to heart then the game becomes unejoyable and there is no point. Its nice to be able to laugh and have jokes "Last one in the jeep is a rotten egg" sort of thing, it lightens the mood and makes the game more fun (especially if you team is being creamed)
