i hve a realistic suggestion, that believe it or not, i get most out of Halo. :D

In BF2, all you have to do to enter or exit a vehicle is press E, no time wasted in getting out, just instant transportation, I'm not sure how long this would take to script, or how xactly you would like to do it, but even a delay of like a second after u press E.

I love the idea....
Hoping after hit is something that may stay, but this delay would prevent engineers to fix vehicle and hop in... shot, being hit, hop out and again... fix...
Ha ! 1st post ;]

yes one problem though

I dont know if my button is working so I will start hitting E, and not get anywhere.

We need some sort of indicator like they have when reloading flares.

Kit classes, if possible for the major vehicles - tank, apc, jet and heli - would help promote teamwork ( in the case of the tank / apc ) and stop tk-ing for jets / helis, which doesn't appear to be as much of a problem on PRMM servers as it is on others thankfully

IIRC in another thread someone mentioned a pilot kit class, where if you have 1 heli and 2 jets on a map, you start with only 3 pilot kits available. As the heli / jets are destroyed, the kit number goes back up so you only ever have the same number of kits as seats helis / jets available. I have no idea if this would be possible, but it definately makes sense.

I didn't like the idea at first of specific classes, like pilot, or tank driver, but I'm thinking it would be pretty cool to have a pilot eject and have only 1 medpack, knife and pistol to make it home with.

It would defiantly add realism if every soldier couldn't just jump into a helicopter/plane/tank/apc and drive it.

Right, also it would stop people from hopping out of their disabled tank and destroying the tank that disabled them with their AT weapon.

I'm sure many people have, as really, it's a good strategy.
