The Base font is really nice, but it doesnt fit into those pics very well when they are beveled and are some color that doesnt fit into the work...
BTW, i dont think we are trying to capatalize on soldiers being hurt, and a Noobfest with a apache in our posters. Altho i really like that explosion effect behind the apache *thumbs up*
[EDIT]
Oh yeah, and that guy holding his ears in that apache pic..thats just wierd, since it has no ties in war itself..
Hows this.. yes easly made 10 minutes

Thanks for the input AH. I'll try to improve...
Though I must say that the first one I did, the one with they guy in a MOPP4 suit and the mirrored bradley, to me, felt a bit "hasty" and glued together...
Wish I could take credit for the explosion behind the Apache.... Unfortunately for me it's an unaltered photo!
The apache itself came out of a book and what exactly is "noobish" about it?
The guy holding his ears was photographed outside his bombed out home where his entire family had been killed during the first gulf war. So yes, it's about war allright. But, since there is no context that makes this clear to the viewer, you do have a point there.
About capitalizing on hurt soldiers;
There was a discussion here on the forum about how PR should try and break new ground by showing more of what war is. Showing the "gritty" side of combat, well, more of it than is generally shown in FPS games today.
I tried to take that to heart and it's really not about trying to capitalize on hurt soldiers but to show that when the fighting is done, not all soldiers are coming home in one piece.
(the lensflare has to go though....)
NO OFFENSE....
but look a little grade schoolish...
dcnc, ofcourse it's grade schoolish... I have just left the kindergarden stage of Photoshop...
