A lot of troops in real life do actually carry sidearms. Also, the pilots shouldn't get MP5s, unless you make their be 2 separate kits for pilot (1 Heli, 1 Fixed Wing). Helicopter pilots (at least co-pilots) do often carry machine pistols, but Fixed Wing aircraft pilots only carry a pistol at max because of the limited space.

Rifleman AT needs frag grenades. After he expends his AT his absolutely basic in terms of weapons. Machine gunner gets them so should the AT rifleman as they are both front line infantry.
