Theres a line between killing someone and tearing them to pieces. In Denmark, mounted 50cals are considered anti-vehicle weapons.

Anyone who thinks it's "illegal" to engage infantry with a .50 or even 20mm is beyond dumb. You engage hostiles with the weapons at hand, if that's a turret mounted HE 25mm then that's what you use, if it's a 7.62mm automatic rifle then that's what you use. War is war, people who try to put rules on something as insigificant as the size of the bullet beying used are just silly at best.

As for the whole laser accurate .50 mgs, the longest range .50 call shot ever scored was from an m2, suck on that.

If I remember correctly, the .50 is classified as an anti-material weapon system.

The bad guys wear "material" such as magazines, grenades, and canteens.

lol. exactly. take em out. i love the .50 cals. especially useful on archer to destroy complete villages (together with a LAT/HAT and a supporter you can lay waste to the villages in no time).

if your not aloud to shoot people with a .50 cal why are there .50 cal sniper rifles

wtf?!? the americans use 2000lb bombs for single snipers and we should not be allowed to use .50cal on infantry?

but the fact is your still aiming at some one to take the tank out ie the driver so instead of being hit by a .50 cal he's being hit with a .50 cal and shrapnel since its pieced the armour
