Screw rally points. If you die its because you or the guy next to you screwed up. So what if you have to walk five minutes from main/ firebase? Gives me time to think about what it was I did wrong.

The catch is to never play alone. If only we could get every member of PR into a clan of some sort... I know most times I play these days its me and about 6 other guys on Teamspeak. Used to be only 3 or 4, but now, we sometimes have to make two full squads just to include everyone.

WHen you play with people you know, youll realize how much *** you can kick. Seriously. When you have two squads of buddies who all slowly get to know one another, strengths, weaknesses, tendencies, you really start to function as a group. You take control points with ease and mop the floor with the enemy pubbers.

I know thats not really a viable solution to get EVERYONE in a clan/group of friends who play, but it honestly does help and I strongly suggest that everyone try and form some good bonds with other players... not like you dont already... but like I said... pubbing solo and pubbing with a full squad of friends are completely different games.

To just die once in the theory seems nice, but then PR would be more silent then in a graveyard.

Fro the first it is okay with arma just dieing once since you almost only play against bots. And then you can hide better in arma. BF2 has the most sthealth destroying engine you can see people stick up from the ground etc. etc. There would never be any fun in pr since you just go ""Oh I died cya squad I am off to the next server."" You can see where I am going if we only had small maps like cs yes we could do with only one life, but with huge maps well it would be a pain in the ***.

Why pr is fun is that they melt togheter arcadish bf2 with teamwork and a more realistic feeling. not uber realistic but not to far away from the realistic perspective.

I found this sentence quite funny and since this is a war game forum I will put it here. No offense to the french just a good laugh.

Generally speaking. Players that pace themselves live a lot longer.

If you're going for realism surely once you die the mod should auto uninstall and never allow you to play it ever again.
The key to modernising any weapon is covering them in glue and tossing them in a barrel of M1913 rails until they look "Modern" enough.

Hey, that would be the perfect solution! The players on a server would stop shooting eachother, and if someone does, everyone is after him. And there would be medic-helicopters, and if anyone has a car accident and is bleeding they would fly there ASAP and help the poor player. A mini-society in PR.

But what if you lose connection?
