Watch the zaney antics of that company everyone loves to hate EA Games!
"Can I go out tonight mom?"
"No EA, not until your done testing the new patch!"
"BUT *Eric Cartman voice*MOMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM allthecoolguys are goin out!"

"EA I thought you had these bugs figured out?!"
"Well you see boss I was working on them and this flock of geese came in through the window and I spilled my coffee and oh wowzers it was a mess!"
"EA you better shape up! Everytime I turn around I find something else you screwed up!
"Yes boss...*HONK!* (the goose)"

EA reminds me of a Benny Hill style comedy, something along the lines of EA is smoking a cig, drops it, it catches something on fire, then they freak out, run to go grab a hose, their pants fall off for some obscure reason, then when they get the hose they run towards the fire, only ot have the hose be too short and so on.

everything they do is SO half assed. I don't think they really test anything, surely they could of found some happy medium between the old AA rockets and these new ones that can make 90 degree turns. and PS im SO sick of AT rockets going through vodniks and when they DO hit, they leave hte vodnik with a bar and a half of health.

This is majorly annoying. Hopefully it won't mess PRMM up... too much.

F*cks sake.

You know, just about every g*ddamn EA game I buy has sh*tty support/bugs/the usual. Every time I say "sod EA, i'm not buying their crappy product again" Needless to say I buy all their sh*t, thus starting the circle again.

They need a new strapline.. how about "EA - mentally challenged"

I think PRMM devs should wait untill 1.21 to do any work.

Damn right. The problem is that with every patch, the team has to update the Mod for it to work. Think of it this way...every EA patch will cause compatibility problems with the Mod...maybe every Mod actually.

depneds on what data the mod uses from the game. For your mod praticly everythign from BF2 is used, just reworked.

For TN mod i only had to change afew of the HUD settings to get it working again.

If 0.25 is working, I'd say release it ASAP and hope for the best.

I think the devs would feel incredibly stupid if they hold 0.25 for a week only to find out that it works with 1.21 without modifications ;)

Besides, this community aint large enough so its suffering by many releases. In fact I'm a little dissapointed we havent seen more versions of PRMM out.

Hang on hang on......

If there's a big movement between the mods to stick with v1.12, and ONLY mod for this version, the mod community can ignore the EA antics.

Actually, from what I remember v1.0 was probably the better of all releases. Probably because they still employed human programmers while it was still pre-release.

hell yeah. It would be like their Spec Ops intro video. Place the C4 on the office, and then run off laughing, jumping off the roof just as the place goes BOOM

i agree

we don't know how long this patch is going to take. 1.2 was delayed and delayed, and then it was riddled full of even the basic bugs.

I think what we should do, is if you want to play PRMM exclusively, just wait before applying any EA patches.
