Nah ..... Beex did not do the model, he had a go of making it into a static for me but that's it. The Kanimbla is all ADF mod's, we can do what we like with it.

The map looks interesting, I always love the idea of ADF against Militia, it is such a better game than against regular forces.

One observation: How are the Milita going to get from one island to another? Are they going to have spawn points all over the map?

Some may have un-willingly noticed i have made a new color texture to make the sand more realistic ( its white now not orange)

also i will be trying to refine the color textures for the grass etc. so that it continues to get a tropical feeling..

I know it feels like far cry but i'd like you all to remember that just becuase its a tropical island doesn't mean that i got the idea from there.

Yeah this immediatly reminded of far cry,but i think you should get either chinese,mec(finnally woodland)or congolese forces(if they make it to PR)
or you should gief the militia a tropical touch or else they wont really fit a jungle map imo

From the pics I see it looks really good in idea, although very similar to Op. Bar. which might not go over too well in the whole gigabytes/diversity issue...

On mapping terms:
What I would personally suggest is to cut down on the density of the palm trees. It looks a bit ridiculous to me seeing about a million palm trees all bunched together. Let there be some space, let there be some sparse areas, let there be some little bushes all alone, etc.

Retired [R-DEV] and mentor IronTaxi once...well, multiple times, told me that "less is more" and its incredibly true, but rarely followed on the first time through. I'm still running through Ramiel in the editor and taking out tons of useless stupid bunched up statics that add nothing but shit that gets in the way :P

Also, how the heck do boats, let alone ships, get out from the dock if a military grade amphibious APC cannot get in? :P That baffles me and seems like a poor excuse for limiting assets... if you dont want APC's on the map, just dont use them, but leave a way out of the circular blockage... lol

Looking really good though, definitely keep it up, maybe just try to expand the islands and give it more than just some military bunkers etc. Build up those villages, I think that in and of itself will differentiate it from Op. Barri. enough to make it a great map :)
