An artists impression of the Ramiel map

I've been analyzing this for some time and I have come to the conclusion that the swamp gas has caused the red spectrum of light to become more apparent after passing through the gas, giving the appearance of a red server name.

We also believe that the light reflected from the numbers has caused them to appear as ".807" when really its ".307"

Now it is classified but believed that the US military is using this old version to stress test a new weather ballon to see its effects in a real world scenario...

as said... Nothing to see here, move along now
