IEDs used to be able to be stuck to cars IIRC, but the devs removed it because they didn't want makeshift bomb cars.

People still do makeshift bomb cars with dirtbikes. What wrong with that anyway? If you and a partner want to make your own bomb car, nothing should stop you. They do that in real life sometimes.
While thinking of that, I think I'll make another thread...

Haha, show me a real video of an suicide dirtbike that has enough explosives to kill a modern tank.

In fact, since a lot of times they drive away after laying the bombs show me that too.
I think dirtbikes are completely unrealistic in any of the maps or situations, take em out! (and they just make the gameplay worse)

It got to the point on basrah when every car was a bomb car, no one would use a vehicle for transportation.

I'm not saying the dirtbike's realistic, but it happens in battlearena all the time(really only USMC should get those dirtbikes)
Nobody uses the vehicles for transportation on Basrah that much anyway.

I think that this wouldnt really improve gameplay at all, just another task for those making it.
However, it would be nice to see the ambusher with some kind of proximity-det IED; although that could bring issues into play, like it being abused horridly.
