It would complicate things a lot and cause problems but I think that's the way it should be instead of random people getting rides together out to where ever. When people do that then that is when you end up with zero organization and lone wolves and stuff. Those types of vehicles should be separated by squad.
No, a lot of times you may need to pick up a long guy running in the desert etc. Like said its still a transport so everyone should be able to go in it. But having the gunner and drivier being in the same squad is great.

Why? Like I said it doesn't add or change anything except for an annoyance.

I like it, but then again on basrah the blue mob has only the weapon ports to sit in

Its not realistic imo, and really PR should tone down game capabilities (i.e. that you can extract a fellow teammate) just because a few people are too lazy to walk/wait for a particular vehicle to pick them up/hitch

som1 said this encourages squad play..ok it does. But it doesnt encourage teamplay.

I like the idea, but instead of killing the guy who gets in the .50, just deactivate the weapon so they can't use it. The driver should always be able to drive.

The RPK in the shotgun seat, I think, should be available for anyone.

Yeah, annoyance as in not being able to car jack the jeep someone is using for cover fire/defense to get to your 1337 sniping position?

Rudd did bring up a good point though, then again with the Land Rover/Chinese FAV who are both 3 seat vehicles and have two MGs on board, maybe these should be the vehicles that are locked down completely to the squad who's member got in first, since you won't be using them for transport anyway.
