as an insurgent climb up onto a high building on al basra and sit at the edge looking down on the road (preferably making the noice of a bird) waiting for a brit to pass by below, press pg up 3 times in a row while spraying the ak in the air and then jump down landing riiiiiight infront of the brit. Edit: And if you survive bleeding spam "need a medic" (in arabic which he probably wont understand) while spinning arounf in a circle

Reward: 30 sec extra spawn time, hopefully a "wtf?" in the chat and feel happy about cheering up some other dudes day (assuming the guy was kind of pissed for some base raping/suckish squad, loan roaming the city looking for something).

Doing the stuff above (including survive the fall) but for a weird reason the brit (which is a medic) toss you all of his field dressings so stop bleeding, and then bring you home (that 2 story boulding in the center of the fields) as a pet.

As a brit on al basra after having a bad round (bad squad and baserapes) grabbing a medic kit and aimlessly roaming the city when you suddenly hear some speak something in arabic and gunshots right above you all to be followed by an insurgent smashing down in the road before you. And because he seems to survive (he's coughing and therefore breathing, right?) feel sorry for him, toss him all your field dressings and then bring him home to keep him as a pet.
