I don't see this as a bad thing. Said player takes kit, leaves squad and opens up a spot for someone willing to stay with the squad and fight. Instead, the guy could run off with a sniper kit still in the squad.

Otherwise, we'd have people making a squad, getting a few people in, getting the kit and abandoning them. It's worse than hot potato squad leader IMO.

Vege: when creating a new squad, during the count down timer, consider this your breifing time. Explain what the squad will be doing and start doing a radio check. All players should respond to VOIP (thru voice or text). If they dont respond, kick them as they will just be a pain in the *** for you the entire round.

next, you should be able to assign them all kits or ask what kits theyd like to use. You should be able to get all this done before the breifing time reaches 0.

Doing it like this, your problem should not happen nearly as often.
