No it hasn't answered the question because I have absolutely no idea if Fileplanet only give subscribers access to Fileplanet exclusive Mod releases.

You'd have to have a Dev who organised the FP release answer that one, or a player from something like Insurgency for HL who also had FP exclusive.

why you put Project reality .8 in friday only on fileplanet?
they pey to devs for this? if yes well thats cool

IIRC Insurgency was first released to FP-subscribers only´. This for the reasons I mentioned on the previous page. Being the first ones releasing a highly anticipated and popular game is good if you want some extra people to register as subscribers on your website. People are apparently willing to pay for being the first ones to try 0.8 and FP won't let that opportunity slip away just like that.

I could be wrong, though.
