a. I like the new ironsight animations but the iron sights are a bit too small even on my 21" screen.
b. Face shouldn't get bloody from hurting some other part of the body. Maybe vary the blood splatter effects, too, in first person. It kinda looks silly IMO. It is also relatively too blinding considering some smaller types of injuries.
c. Running stamina has been reduced too much. I'd like it if the character had several seconds for a top speed burst and then gradually slow down with the onset of fatigue. The running speed should be relative to amount of rest - not all or nothing.
a. i got a 17" atm, i cant see shit with the ak/ironsights(ingeneral), so ive put a lil piece of gum on the middle of my screen where the aim is supposed to be, only chance i have. Call it cheating, but it works better than the ironsight atm.,
b. agree agree agree...
c. thing is, they reduced amount of sprinting time, but the regenerate timer seems to be even worser put down. i can like sit still for 1 min without getting a full bar, then sprint 20 secs and then i can hardly move.

Seriously, what kind of soldiers is this? most ppl who have been in the army, will know that you dont run for 2 min, then rest 5 min - really all soldiers should know this ;)

run 30 min, then 5 min break, if youre lucky?, sounds like a good solution u got there

lets say theres 20 pins of sprinting stamina, 5 first is super sprint, which goes away rather fast, then the next 15 should be just normal running which should be hard to get down, unless youre running a large distance without breaks.

Irish Freedom wrote:Many people are having this issue, and it's not the resolution-related crash. It's the Debug Assertion Error, or something like that. It's a pretty easy thing to fix, you just have to create a few folders and extract a few files, but I don't know the specifics. A guy's post in PR Hardware and Support explains it exactly; it's because of him I can now play 0.8. I think the post is something like "Crash upon Deployment Bug: FIXEd!!!!"
A link to the post would have been awesome.

I crashed occasionally with .75 and .8, but my main problem was CTD-ing with vanilla BF2. It happened a ton for no reason, and it wasn't a problem with my computer. I really don't think that this is a .8 issue. Just a bug with the BF2 engine
