I'd say the flies buzzing in the dump on ramiel for some reason when I'm there I just need to run and get out, it really creeps me out like I'm going to get a disease .

The absolute worst sound is the first time you start coughing/grunting when you start bleeding out. You just know that you are in for a long and painful demise (often because your medic is across the map treating smurfs).
