Ok ,it was long time ago i was posting here my screens ,it`s time for some critics ,here is actualy the final model of my tank,the thing i need to work out is tracks and after texturing rubber bag for machinegun and protection rubber around cannon ,for the rest of the model i`m done , the model was created in 2 weeks.Tell everything you want to,hope to hear some critics

Polycount unsmoothed model: don`t remember about 200k
Polycount smoothed model:3,500k

This model is created for movie "The Intrusion", i`m working on this mini portfolio movie with my 3 best friends ,to get to U.S. I`m the only guy who`s responsible for visual effects .And all this 3D stuff

Is there any way to lower the poly count to make it feasible for in game? I'm sure it's going to look fantastic in the movie anyway.

Not for the MEC, not a T90....we have other plans for them...

Well it will be to hard to lower this polycount, if i will create model for bf it will be complitely new one,now i know geometry of tank so it will be much easy just create another mesh over this one

Yes it's being removed, but its replacement will easily compare to a T-90 I assure you. Let alone the fact it will be a far more realistic choice.

Maya Rocks almost all part where created from box and cylinder. Love poly modeling

I don't think anyone would care if their game lagged for a model like that

I wonder if bf2 engine could handle that at all, it'd be funny to try. It would need more cpu power and main memory I think

Actually why i`m doing this movie is to get to america and get good job ,aiming at dreamworks ,pixar and acting work. But they have alot of guys like me so i need to work hard to be the best ,and get this kind of jobs.
