And however annoyed you may be, do watch your language.
Srry about that but you know most of the time you may be seperated from your SQ or your SQ might have been wiped out or you need to relocate quickly after that kill which means you dont have the time to wait a minute only to make sure a medic doesnt revive his friend.

actually i like the new killboard.

makes it a plus to be a medic.

Also, can't you shoot wounded bodies to make sure that they are dead? I thought you could....

So did I...I just never bothered because my squad kept moving, so I couldn't bother to finish off my target. At least now I know that it wouldn't have made a difference.

Can you shoot people after they are critically wounded and kill them?

I believe the only solution is to do the following:

- run to their body
- Tea bag twice
- stand up from your keyboard and do a rummy tummy
- and finaly sit down and finish by tea bagging him once more while singing "Louie Louie"

:-P

Perhaps its time to once again raise the ugly spectre of "finishing off" wounded soldiers (perhaps only with knives to represent capturing them?).

Mind you, kills arn't everything.

I thought you could finish off wounded guys in .756 by knifing them once or twice, right?

I have no clue if that still works, but I have no complaints about the medic system.

Except when I'm on insurgents, and keep dieing.

I don't use the knife, but out of habit I always put two in the chest as I'm wallking by, just to make sure.

No idea if it works, but it makes me feel better.

Today I sniped with heavy AT some infantry.
There were 3 guys, I always could get 1-2 of them at same time because they tried to hide them behind stones, then had to reload. At ths time the third guy always revive his mates. Then again and again and again. Until I was killed by enemy sniper.

Methinks you need to get a headshot next time, mate.

Anyways, I think the current system is fine with all the engine limits and such. I have no problem with it.

I do have a problem with random "rubber ducky" headshots coming out of nowhere though! I'm forever taking shots to the head here...

Not sure if it is mentioned, best reason why you don't get a kill score if a medic revives:

In the old days as a Medic, I used to encounter a very ugly little habit people would do, especially snipers and marksmen. People would shoot somebody down, and wait for the medic to revive them, just so they could shoot them again, they would avoid killing the medic, until the person was revived again and then they would shoot the person and the medic, getting a kill score of 4 - 5 kills, instead of 1 - 2.

It was lame as hell.

Sorry, force of habit. And I never run out of ammunition. I either die well before and respawn, or I will pick up a different kit.

"Sniping with Heavy AT"

I think we have a good example here, for why it is sometimes nice that people don't get a kill score if people get revived.
