Should be quite awesome and fun...

Also, to help balance the map out a bit, the insurgents have (3)AA guns in key locations and also they will have (2)Mosin Nagants (2)Draganov's and quite a few high vantage points to plan and carry out IED and RPG ambushes. I have tried to keep a realistic balance, but remember as well, that the US has always had the overwhelming firepower but the insurgents have the element of surprise and ambush. Believe me when I say that this map has tons of great ambush spots :-o

Well, just some constructive critism here, but why do people always get the impression Iraq has rusted car bodies everywhere, its not like that, there is no lot with a crater and a bunch of burning cars in Karbala, I'v been there, the houses there are awesome, sorta like Mini-Mansions.

Hope to see some fixes M8, good work :)

Looking nice, but: Insurgency again?

Don't get me wrong insurgency can be quite fun for both teams, but with the current situation of maps and gameplay I'd prefer (urban) maps with an opfor that actually can go toe-to-toe with the enemy (i.e. pla or mec).

The amount of ppl that teamswitch to coalition or leave the server when insurgency starts already is pissing me of and I do hope some adjustments are made in the next patch (collaberator spawntimes... just as an example).

You have a very good point, I love being insurgent myself because I play it like its meant to be played, cheaky as puck. How ever I do understand it that changes will be made, or are at least in discussion, by the devs to change insurgent spawn times, dont know why they were changed from .4/.5 anyways.

Great looking map though pirate, I had the change to take a stroll on it myself and it looks fantastic. The construction site when you see if for real looks so authentic and real, not just placed to take up space like a lot of the other maps that include it.

looks awesome but i want new statics :( with these statics it just look like combined al bashrah[im sure i wrote it wrong, plz fix me] and ramiel, which is good but we need something new, as when IDF will be there sure some more city insuregents maps comes :O
