'[R-DEV wrote:OkitaMakoto;832764']Haha, you guys just dont know japanese college... maybe some of you do. In the US you dont study much at all in high school, then sort of start studying in college... but in Japan its like, STUDY YOUR *** OFF IN HIGH SCHOOL, then get int college and hell.... drink a ton... and well... just enjoy life here [PR]
So what do I do? I patrol the forums in my [ample] free time.
When not going out and catching ladies of course
Codered, you always pick on me so....
And yes, before you ask, maybe I did drink a little tonight... so what?

Spec Ops is not used for the right things, the maps dont have places where spec ops can be used anyway, there is no main targets to be taken out except a CO.
if there was a bigger target like a HQ to infiltrate it would be better,
Engineers IMO are underpowered, and also with the SA80 everyone in Iraq and in battle uses a SUSAT, the only times they use a IS is if they choose to..
IMO Spec Ops should be removede until there is a right situation to use it

I'm surprised to see myself typing this but i honestly think the spec ops kit should be removed as it is misused and even when used properly is pointless as the chance of a two man squad(even if their sqd name is 1337SPECOPZZZ) overpowering a firebase, knifing it then placing explosives on it are low to none.

I don't think that much needs to be done to spec ops, if you play the spec ops class as something other than a 'spotter' it's great fun.
I had a great round on Jabal once, not so much scorewise but funwise it was brilliant and I was effective in keeping the MEC bridge down, limiting which way their transport could go.
I ran to the Mec side of the bridge, dropped slams as I ran back towards industry (dropping a C4 on my side of the bridge but not blowing it) then took cover near gas station.
A lone engineer came shortly after and started repairing the bridge, I shot at him with silenced pistol for a bit then got closer to him with rifle and took him out.
Then couple of squads came (think more vehicles mustve spawned) and started to repair the bridge, I could see 2 of them scouting the area with binoculars so I got my head down, got the c4 plunger ready and waited.
Heard one truck start moving so I crept up the ridge line ready to blow, however I was too late, it had cleared my C4 trap. Most of them were still on the bridge though, then got in the command truck and right into my trap, I blew my c4 and took them out and the round ended but I never got my kills

Anyway people, we got a design plan for the future of both the engineer and specops, not saying that it will be the be all end all, but a good plan.
Hmm I predict requestable engineer kits.
