i mkae sure they stick together and that they talk a lot.

1. name, obviusly I wouldnt join a Russian Voip squad if I only speak english, or a air transport squad if I cant fly

2. SL kit

3. friendly faces

4. squad make up, if everybody in the squad is a medic and its a armor enabled map I will probably skip

5 deep squads, 4-5 players

-Names I know, or tags I trust.
-A rally point's a bonus if the match has had some time to play out.
-Cohesion, a tight squad.

My choice depends on:

- Teamworking attitude (name of squad "Voip", "TW" or else)
- English language
- Different kits (if I see only a sniper and someone on chopper/humvee I suppose no teamwork)
- SL with Officer kit

THe problem is that the above mentioned criteria aren't usually the best:
- sometimes I join a squad named "TW Voip" and then none speaks or coordinates
- other times I join a squad named "NO TW/NO VOIP" (the only one with free slots) because the server forces me to join and I don't want to get kicked
- I could start a squad but I'm still training and need too much to learn before doing it

Same as Kaifa indeed also when I highlight the squad I see where they are positioned in relation to each other. Not the 100% fool prove way though

1. I look for persons i played with before and know that they are good sm or sl.
If there isn´t one present, i go for..

2. Squad with Officer, rallypoint and are close toghether on the map.
If there isn´t one present, i go for..

3. The other team and repeat step 1 and 2 ( i could make a squad but i suck at it, hehe)
If i still haven´t found a squad i just leave the server.

None, everyone who wants to be SL should get a chance to have a squad. If the SL picks the sniper kit has no VOIP or isnt very dedicated I can hopefully change squad at some point.

2. everybody in the squad knows their jobs especially the SL.
3. ignore the squads with lonewolves in it.
4. if nothing above fulfills your needs, make a new squad with some fancy name.


Really dont care do the ppl in the sqd use VoIP, because for some strange reason i cant hear VoIP ingame nor can i see the VoIP icons,would appreciate if someone could help me out.

1. i like to make sure everybody uses their mic , follows orders and speak english.
2. i prefer a squad with us or UK people as accentd to get in the way of understanding something.
3. I go for a squad if ive seen the SL lay before.
