Last I checked, Muttrah has a dome of death for MEC passing the 'spiked' seawall.
Boats for MEC would be good for inner-bay transport, but would they actually be used? (taking a boat from main to docks? why not?)

thats not really an issue of the shell not being able to get through the window as you're tube isnt lined up with the window. look at it this way, when you're standing with your face dead centre on that small window, the rocket tube on your shoulder, is off to the side aimed at the wall.
Same deal with the LAT and walls, you gotta sorta remember that the point where your shell spawns in is not the centre of your screen but off to the top right where the tip of the launcher is. the wall problem is well the sights are above the tube, if the sights shows that you're aimed just above the wall, then the tube is aimed right at the wall
