I'm not saying what he was doing was right, don't know the circumstances, but an admin finishing a kickvote that has 8 votes seems a little quick unless the sever was running very light.
TBA kick votes are initiated via !vk playername command, everyone who want to kick does the same, its not done via the squad/player management screen

Seriously, I can't say much more than that some of you people just talk a lot of ****. I've played PR since 0.6 (not that long) and even back then the teamwork was top notch, people behaved and showed some manners. Today people can shoot at you just because you forgot to pick them up. I did never experience that back then. There's a lot of vanilla noobs out there. I've discovered that there's no reason to play PR without going on with my clan mates, playing with random pubbers just don't work anymore.
The other night I was playing Kashan Desert with a couple of team mates. We were tankning and at several occasions we had cleared the ground and air from armor/air threats so that the INF could move into bunkers/NV/SV. We tried to get them moving but they were all just a bunch of noobs not getting their asses anywhere. And we played this round for 2 hours, the same thing over and over. You did NOT see that in the old days.

alot of players moved on to ArmA etc or COD4/5
Also, our server has had some tech issues that we are experimenting in fixing atm
personally, I'm at uni and can't play unless I come home for the weekend and I think that a few of the lads also have academic/professional requirements atm.
On top of that, a few of our lads are in the PRT, which can be alot of work as you know, and therefore can't seed the server on various nights.
But never fear! Xmas Pwnage is near! and iGi isn't dead yet! (in PR)

I know what you mean, when it comes to teamwork I've never seen it this sh!t before, maybe next patch may bring back more quality players and servers

Do not misunderstand I was not Lonewolfing, Disobeying Orders, or just being a general pain in the ***. I was being what I am best. A team player.
My specialty is commanding. Yesterday i get kicked from a server because the admin does not want me to command? Yet he let's someone else do so? Then I'm votekicked from another server because I could not revive my squadleader in time? Two days ago I get banned because I'm assumed to have destroyed a friendly apc because i'm the only Rifleman Anti-Tank on the entire team. Just today I've been kicked 3 times already. This morning on Qwai after just joining, This afternoon on Kashan by my entire team for leading in points, Then and hour ago my entire squad and I are banned from Basrah because we went and repaired the Bridge and Retrieved tanks and other abandoned vehicles near the Palace? Seriously what the hell is going on here? Has Project Reality become BF2 with all the Immature Idiots running around who's only objective is to win? In the olden days no admin would kick anyone for the above, Hell even the community was alot more Mature.
So I ask you. What has become to Project Reality? The BF2 mod known for it's 1). Teamwork, 2). Mature Players, 3). Reserved and Calm Admins. I aslo ask you what has happened to all the Amazing servers like Devfile, Devil's Brigade, and such? Why has this happened? Why has the only gaming experience I have ever played with real teamwork gone away? What did someone do in order for this to occur?

Hmm does somebody else get kicked as often as you. First off you come across as somebody who does his best so the mod can be all it can be, like commanding, but unless other people get kicked as much as you do, I would first ask myself why you get kicked so much.
If what you say is true however, then yah it sucks and you were really unlucky to be kicked so often for no good reason. Unlikely, but possible.
Personally I try to get on the 2-3 servers which have quality players.

It doesn't particularly matter what happened on TBA. That was one of what seems to be many times when Mr.Clauinad was kicked.
Now I think my best suggestion would be, find a good server and join the people who run it, and then follow them. That way you can be sure not to be kicked
A good server is T&T, although your ping might be a bit crazy, but just try and find a good server and stick with it

m8 you might have been unlucky too, if a guy from the server host clan joins it might kick players and then gives a personal kick form, even though it wasn't by vote or by admin
