A good squad leader when calling targets also places attack markers on them

Thanks for the advice TangFiend.

Some good advice I got was split your squad into two groups Attacking and Suppressing. Seems to work really well when used.

Even better works attacking from the rear if you can, especially if you have a 50 cals on wheels, the enemy is like zomg, totally not into cover and easy prey to the 50 and inf.
