Don't worry, that's been hinted at sooooo much in the forums, that I ran out of character spaces to fit each dev wink regarding it I'm speculating similarly to Dude388, but

Spec Ops --> Spotter,
and
Engie --> Demolitions Engineer

At least I hope there will be a spotter kit, since it hasn't been mentioned really, though it would make sense because Spec Ops was always used as a spotter in 0.8.

I think it might be called Air Force Controller (who control aircrafts from the ground for CAS) or recon soldier. Spotter just sounds too un-military like.

I think it's more like.
Spec-ops \
Engineer / Demolitions engineer.

If you want a spotter, get a second sniper or a rifleman.
