lol DEDMON. Guys, we are looking into the various options open to us to sort this issue out. We understand that it's now far more difficult to weed out TKers, and that they ruin an otherwise great battle for everyone else on the server. Just bare with us

They say the proof is in the pudding so to speak so I am making a video of one such person. As for this, well, its either luck, or hacks. I'm never one to point the "You are a hacker" finger at anyone, so consider that these guys are really good.
In my research of have watched many players and one thing that stands out in my mind expecially for two players is how thier weopons seem to "Snap" onto target. At first I didn't think this was anything but merely how the BR interpreted the data but then with more carefull review I noticed that the players heads and weopons were "Snaping" onto target even when they couldn't see the player... I also noticed that in some cases the people in question would start to fire before that person was ever even visable......

I agree with most everything that has been said, I would like to point out 1 more thing, if palyers on a server can take SS of TK then they can post, and we can Ban untill the questionalble party shows up to discuss it.
Also I would realy like to see what a aim bot looks like, so i know what to look for when following someone around to see what they are doing.
I noticed that the better players tend to take small 2-3 round shots in succesion to hit thier targets.
thanks
JB

As far as the Tking is concered let the server admin see who killed who and the like to enable the admin to sort out hacking. Or maybe not even that just if someone tk's a lot have a messeage pop up saying so and so tk'ed this many times and let the admin sort it out on a case to case basis as i too really don;t want to have auto kicks in place espically when you crash a heli or the like.

Man! I knew I was not crazy. I have been the victim of that very thing. I even remember saying to myself that the darn avatar looked like he was in a drill team the way he snapped into the firing position. The fire before you see the enemy has also happened. I expect to go down from a sniper's bullet, but even then, You will be able to spot him if you look around. What gets me is when someone with an open sighted weapon drops you well beyond the view distance. I sure hope that you are able to capture some of this in your movie and have the actions analized.
the smoker you drink, the player you get. Cheap, but effective.

Guys, I have to ask. Why do more BF2 servers not use PunksBusted's MBL?
I originally came from the Call of Duty series, where a hell of a lot of servers stream to the MBL. This keeps 80% of all cheaters out of a protected server. PunkBuster is only FULLY effective when used with the MBL. Having PB turned on is only 1/3 of what PB is capable of. It cannot auto-update banned players, and it doesn't hold an up to date list of banned people that cannot play on the server. It just updates it's definitions.

See the snap when the player comes around a terrain?? that is an aimbot in effect. very obvious. That is why we would catch a hacker quickly.

That makes my stomach turn! It is sad that players resort to hacks to play a game.DEDMON5811 wrote:*Comment removed by Gaz - You WANTING a flame war??? People would bite to that*
