I'm the odd one I guess.. Binoculars on the larger thumb button, and slot 6 item on the front, which usually is something useful like ammo, epipens, grapples, signal smokes etc.

Agreed, too poor to buy a G5 though :( , found a wireless 5 button logitech mouse with a missing battery connection on the flee market. Hobo rigged it with a broken calculator's battery port and it works fine now

thumb button: weapon slot 3 (rifle/fire selector). Middle button: weapon slot 4 (AT/ grenades). Ring finger button: Mumble (used to be slot 8, field dressing)

First thumb button -> primary weapon.
2nd thumb button -> Epi-pen/Ammo Bag.
Middle Button (Able to push down on the scroll wheel) for TS/Mumble.

No WASD, but the arrows. Right ctrl to jump, Kp0 tu crouch, space to prone, end to enter a vehicle.

On the mouse: reload, zoom view. I wish I had one or 2 more buttons, though.
That's so Wolf3D. :2gunsfiri

I also have a Logitech, and I use the two extra buttons for usefull things.

Like the right one to reload, and the left to cycle through weapons, while the scroller is the knife.

I've been using a Razer Diamondback, and with the almost excessive amount of buttons to use, I'm a happy camper =)

I used the rear left button for ingame VOIP, the front left button for Teamspeak, and the middle button mouse I assigned to toggle channel commander on and off.

I found that when it broke (abuse by an angry guy living with me) and I had switch to a microsoft mouse, that using the C and B keys I often accidentally pressed the ALT key and made my markers disappear. Needless to say, I was having a hard time keeping pace with the squad.

I use the arrow keys too. Kp1 jumps, Kp0 ducks, Kp. prones. Enter, enters vehicles... If you ever see me jump out of a helicopter mid flight, I just finished typing a message. ;)

Left shoulder button is bound to key 3, and right one to 4 or 5.. Whichever one is grenades by default.. This allows me to cycle my fire mode, select my rifle, or select my grenades rather quickly.

logitech G3 with middle mouse button as free look in choppers (don't fly jets)

Mainly squadlead so I have my quick orders on the right "wing" button and VOIP set to my left

So I can move shoot and talk at the same time and place markers whatever I'm doing

the mousewheel selects key 3 (main rifle and fire mode switch)

i use the 2 spare buttons for key 2 (cqb pistol as squad leader) and minimap zoom. the minimap zoom is from the old vanilla days when freaking karkand. i should probably change it to something more useful like pickup kit and grappling hook.

edit: funny how everyone is binding voice to mouse. shouldn't pressing down and holding a side button on the mouse while shooting kinda tense up the hand and makes you lose leet aiming skills? i have my voip on F <3
