I normally put a mine on a road and an IED on the other road, so vehicles run from the mine and go to the IED.

I usually put mines around bends or just when a dip in a road is forming, so the enemies won't see it.

As for IED's/C4, sometimes i'll get in a car with some friends and get a humvee's attention so it will follow us, and drop IED's from the sunroof as they come chasing after their "Easy kills."
I also like to place IED's/C4 inside mines, that way if they don't run over the mine, they usually will try driving past it or they will walk up to the mine itself

Do they still have the ARTY ied? I have NEVER SEEN it....
